Coyote Point (website) is a County Recreation Area of San Mateo County. $5 entrance fee after 8am. (Free prior to 8am).

Advice from the harbormaster -- don't go south out of the marina until you get to the channel (very shallow).

3 stall boat ramp. (I was told by a regular use the middle stall because there is less mud.) ($3 to launch boat... $8 total with parking)
Coin operated boat wash in boat launch staging area. ($0.25 for 3 minutes)

Nearby Poplar Creek Golf Course has an excellent restaurant and a parking lot that normally can easily accommodate a truck and boat trailer.
