You can try the outside like seal rocks or point bonita or hmb area.attached is a photo of last Sunday’s halibut.

Nice fish. Santa Cruz BAys are also great spots for Halibut. Short runs, good conditions and tons’o halibut. Live bait is available. Chrissy (?) fields is very good as well.
