Restrictions:
All boats must be: Currently registered or US Coast Guard documented and Insured.
All stored trailers and RV’s must be: Currently registered and Insured.
Wooden boats may be allowed, but an inspection of the vessel will be necessary before a decision can be made.

Alameda Marina is the only full service boatyard, chandlery and sail loft location on the Bay.

How Far is the Bay Bridge? Alameda Marina is about 6 nautical miles from the Bay Bridge.
What is their Hoist Capacity? The hoist at the marina is capable of handling 3 tons.
How Many Businesses are Located at the Marina? There are 65 businesses right at the Marina, and numerous others within 1 mile.
Is There a Ramp Launch? Although the marina does not have a launch, the city of Alameda offers free use of theirs. It is located one block from the marina.
Is the Marina Safe? Alameda Marina is completely gated off into its own community. The marina is actually located on an island that must be reached by a bridge from land.
Can I Park My Camper There? Yes, the marina offers RV parking starting at $95 per month. Rates are determined by the size of your RV. Your RV must be registered and insured before you can park it at the marina.
Is There Office Space for Rent? Yes, the marina offers numerous different types of office space for rental. You can also rent out space in one of the many warehouses at the marina, as well as their special Multi-Use spaces. However, they do not offer any work/live spaces at this time.
