Berth Rates:

According to harbor management: $6.15 per / foot. A $25.00 gate card deposit is required. Hidden Harbor does not mail a monthly invoice. Berth rents are due by the 10th of each month. Slips are reserved on a first come / first served

SAILING AND ANCHORAGES:

Great sailing is just outside the harbor entrances. Westerly winds from the bay provide a beam reach, either north to Cache Slough, or south down the Sacramento River. The north Cache Slough area has many isolated anchorages. The Hidden Harbor “Slough Book” is available in the office, and details these areas. Benicia is just a few hours sail downriver, and is an excellent overnight destination.

HARBOR DEPTHS:

The “east harbor” has a 7 foot depth throughout at a 0.0 low tide. The “west harbor” varies from 7 feet to 5 feet at a 0.0 low tide.

Are security services offered?

Yes, the marina supplies its customers with security services.

What kind of boats are allowed?

At this time, the marina is only accepting sail boats. If you don’t have your own boat, the marina offers numerous rentals which can be enjoyed at reasonable fees. This is a great option if you are just planning a quick day trip and don’t want to bring your own boat along.

What kind of fishing will I find here?

This area is very rich in sturgeon and salmon. If you’re ready for a challenge, grab a fishing license and give it a try. This is a favorite spot among many fishers simply because of the quality of the fish in the area. Having a sailboat only policy does help keep the fish less disturbed.

What else do I need to know?

It’s always a good idea to call ahead to marinas in this area due to water levels. They are known to change on a frequent basis and may become quite shallow in spots.

Although the marina does not offer a restaurant, there are numerous locations in nearby Rio Vista where you can find just about everything you need.

How to Get There:

From Sacramento:

Travel South on Jefferson Blvd (Hwy. 84) from West Sacramento, 18 miles to the intersection of Jefferson and Courtland Road. Turn right and follow Courtland road 6 1/2 miles as it travels West then South to the Miner Slough Bridge onto Ryer Island. After you cross bridge, turn left and drive about 10 miles to Hidden Harbor.

From Rio Vista, When entering Rio Vista from the East:

Cross the Rio Vista Bridge from the East on Hwy. 12 Exit the “Ryer Island” off ramp at the west end of the bridge. Travel 2 miles upriver on State Hwy. 84/River Road to the Cal Trans ” Real McCoy Ferry”. Cross Cache Slough / Sacramento Deep Water Channel on the ferry to Ryer Island. Hidden Harbor is just south of the ferry landing.
