No, this marina does not offer a pumpout station, but there are several nearby that can be used.

While there is no fuel dock at the marina, there is a full service facility nearby that offers regular and diesel fuel.
Are there any guest facilities?
Yes, guests can gain access to docks and slips and electricity is provided. Please keep in mind that space is extremely limited here and guests are served on a first come, first served basis. During the busy season, we recommend checking with management to make sure that they can accommodate you.
Is there a boat ramp?
Not at this exact location, but there is a ramp nearby. It is pay for use, so please keep this in mind. The marina does offer dock carts.
What you need to know:
Villa Cove is located in the very exclusive Newport Beach Yacht Club, but they are very friendly and open to guests. This marina is situated perfectly and offers a great view of the Christmas Parade. You’ll be right at the entrance to Balboa Island, so this is one location that really cannot be beat.

There are currently 42 slips at this location and the waiting periods are very long. It is best to get on the list as soon as possible since they are snapped up quickly when one does become available.
One of the best features about the slips is that they are single loading so it is very easy to maneuver about. The company that manages this marina is also responsible for several others in the immediate area and they have done a great job making sure that boaters will have everything they need right there and that it is very easy to dock and leave the marina.

Turn left on Bayside Drive
Travel approximately .5 mile to the Newport Beach Yacht Club

Traveling South on Pacific Coast Highway
