What You Need to Know About Pricing:

The BASIC rate (RENT) is for the berth, based on the size of the slip indicated including up to 3' permitted overhang.

PERFORMANCE FEE:  
(refundable with 30 day notice)
Equal to one (1) month basic rate + $50.00 up to 32', +$100.00 33' to 40', +$150.00 45' and up.

LIVEABOARD CHARGES: Available ONLY on
35' craft or larger.  ($236/Mo.) in addition to slip fees. NO PETS, 2 Person Limit.

CARD KEY LICENSE FEE: The FIRST gold and the FIRST blue key cards are free - ALL others are $25.00 each, no exceptions and the fee is non-refundable.

TRANSFER FEE:  $50.00  (1st One is FREE)

RESERVATION: One (1) Month BASIC rent.

STORAGE LOCKERS:
Single 4x4x8   $15.00/Mo.
Double 4x8x8  $29.00/Mo.

DRY BOAT STORAGE:
$80.00/Mo  Boats up to 26 Ft.

What You Need to Know:

How Many Vessels Can Be Accommodated? The Marina is capable of holding up to 500 vessels that are up to 103' in size.

What Type of Ties Are Available? Back and side ties are offered as well as the usual standard slips.

Can I Stay Onboard Over Night? Members are limited to 2 nights per week, and you cannot have more than two guests with you. Please note that any one who is not authorized will be charged double rates.

Are Phones Available On Slips? Yes, most of the slips have phone access. In addition, all berths come with a dock box and water at no additional cost.
