Cheap Things to Do in San Francisco

The city of San Francisco is known all over the world for exemplifying a fun loving attitude as well as for providing a multitude of different things for visitors to do, see and experience. For people that enjoy back packing, in particular, San Francisco proves to be a real winner. San Francisco is an outgoing city with plenty of nature, and plenty of cheap things that you can do and see in order to make your trip into a truly rewarding experience no matter what your budget is like.

A good way into the city of San Francisco if you are a budget traveler or a backpacker is to make use of one of the many unique hostels that the city has to offer. These San Francisco are capable of providing standard living accommodations at great rates, which makes them the perfect place to bed down while you are traveling and keeping a close eye on your purse strings. One example of a hostel worth checking out is the Adelaide Hostel and Hotel, which is a well known destination in San Francisco that is located on Duncan Lane.

The Adelaide Hostel provides its visitors with complimentary breakfast and a decent selection of services, allowing this unique hostel to truly emerge as a hit among people that are traveling on a tight budget. Another excellent hostel that you will find inside the city is known as the AEE Amsterdam. Once you are comfortably settled in at the hostel, there are a great many different things that you are going to want to see and do while you are in this beautiful city. Here are some things that you can do upon arriving in San Francisco:

  • Walk around the city, because San Francisco is a safe city to travel in and walk around in. There is a lot of beauty that you can take in from the city sidewalks.
  • Check out San Francisco with a CityPass. This is an ideal way to explore many of the attractions that this city has to offer including museums and special amusement parks.
  • Experience the Golden Gate Bridge. No trip to San Francisco is complete without seeing and experiencing what this unique bridge has to offer you.
  • Pay a visit to the Fisherman's Wharf. This is actually one of the more vibrant areas in the city because there is plenty of street entertainment to participate in here.
  • Take a trip down to the Golden Gate Park. There are a number of different things that you can do and see here including modern art, the Japanese Tea Garden and the Conservatory of Flowers just to name a few.
  • Try touring all of the museums that San Francisco has to offer. Visiting all the museums in San Francisco is an integral part of enjoying everything that this vibrant and bustling city has to offer you.
