Ralph Ellis made his living fishing and captaining before he began building his own custom boats. Ralph's life turned around when he met a friend that wanted to build a boat but did not have the space. Ralph had the space, but no knowledge about building a boat. They combined Raymond Bunker's boat building know-how with Ralph Ellis' workshop space, and a partnership was culminated that lasted for more than 30 years.
