What You Need to Know
Where is the Marina Located: The address is: 1535 Buena Vista Avenue and you'll find it directly across from the Coast Guard Island. For exact directions, please contact the main office.

Is Parking Available? Yes, there are 277 spaces that are available on the western edge of the property.
Are There Any Recreational Facilities? Yes, Fortman has built a "mini-park" on the southern portion of the marina. Wooden benches, small trees and other landscaping features make this a favorite stop among regulars.
What Other Amenities Are Offered? Fortman recently added a video store to the Marina office where you can rent videos at a reasonable cost. This is perfect if you're planning to dock overnight or if you need to keep the kids busy for a few hours during the day.
What is the Fortman Marina Store? This store has been set up for those docking in the marina. Tenants get a 20% discount on all store items, and you can find rafts, batteries and other essentials all in one place. They also carry food items, wine, ice cream and much more. This is a friendly store that is happy to order in anything that you can't find in stock.
What are the Office Hours? The Marina office is open 9 to 5, seven days a week.
What is the Alameda Yacht Club? If you have decided to house your boat at the Fortman Marina, you may want to consider joining the Yacht Club. They offer racing, cruising and several events throughout the year. You can learn more at their website: http://www.alamedayachtclub.com/ They offer a full bar, great galley, picnic tables overlooking the harbor and much more. The club is open nearly every single day of the year, so no matter when you're traveling, you'll be able to take advantage of the facilities.
Are There Any Guest Facilities at the Yacht Club? Yes, guests are welcome to guest berths, as well as the club's restroom and shower facilities.
