Knotty Pine Resort and Marina, Lake Almanor, CA

Average Water Depth: Lake Almanor's levels can change with the seasons and conditions. We recommend calling ahead for the current levels before you arrive.

Marine Stand by Channel: At this time, the marina does not monitor any channels. You can reach them by phone however.

Is there a pumpout station?

No, the marina does not offer a pumpout service. We recommend draining the tank ahead of time since it is difficult to find this service on the lake.

Is there a fuel dock?

Yes, the marina offers regular fuel at their on-site fuel dock.

What services are provided?

The marina has a great little convenience store that is open 24 hours a day. This is pretty rare, so we were happy to see that. They also provide showers and restrooms, and there is a laundry service available. While there is no restaurant on site, the mini mart has pretty much everything you could need for a weekend or week out on the lake.

Are any guest services offered?

Guests are allowed to use the docks for a fee, but no electricity is provided.

What you need to know:

We really liked the atmosphere at this marina. The staff is incredibly helpful and the facilities are all very well maintained. Although they focus mainly on boat rentals, you are welcome to use the docks for your own boat. There is a fee for guests, but it is quite reasonable. We appreciated the level of service that was provided and the attention to detail from the staff. In addition to the marina there is also a camping and RV area. We've detailed more information about this below. The camping areas are not included in that fee listing and are very reasonable. If you're planning a trip to Lake Almanor, this is a great place to make your home base for the trip.
