What other facilities or services does the marina provide?
You'll find a full service general store that is packed with food, gear and even over the counter medication for those with allergies or headaches. The restaurant is particularly good and serves a variety of different foods.
How big are the slips?
According to the marina management: "The guest slips can accommodate boats up to 65 feet in length. There's plenty of room for deep draft vessels with depths of 12 feet at low tide."
Average water depth?
The water depth here varies. As mentioned above it is usually around 12 feet at low tide, but this can change during different parts of the year. It is best to call ahead before you arrive to check out the depths.
What kind of fishing will I find here?
Sturgeon and salmon are by far the most popular, although you will find plenty of rainbow trout, bass and catfish. Please bring your California fishing license with you if you plan to fish. The marina will have more information on any limits.
What else do I need to know?
The marina staff here is incredibly friendly and it is a great place to take the family after a day on the river. You'll find plenty to do in the area and the food here is great after a long hard day. It's rare to find a marina that caters so well to guests, making this a favorite stop for many. Since it is popular, you may want to call ahead to reserve your slip, just in case.
