Before you bring your vessel into the slip, the following items must be in our possession:

First month paid in advance.

Security deposit equal to one month's rent.

Gate key deposit, $30.00 per key.

Application approved by Harbormaster.

Insurance showing $300,000 liability, listing the City of Petaluma as additional insured.

Copy of current boat registration.

"Living aboard is not allowed. Staying aboard three consecutive days in a seven-day period is permitted. Monthly rental charge $5.00 per foot per boat or slip size, whichever is greater. The marina public launch facility is adjacent to the harbor."

Yes, the marina offers the use of the dock and electricity to guests. Slips are not available at this time.

What kind of security does the marina offer?

As mentioned above, the marina has key controlled security gates. You'll get your key when you pay for your berth. Although they do offer this service, the marina did not state whether they offer any nighttime security patrols. If you are concerned, it's a good idea to discuss this with the harbormaster. No, the marina does not offer any camping facilities at this time. However, there are nearby hotels if you do need to stay overnight at this location.
