What you need to know:

This is a very family friendly marina that has much to offer boaters and their families. Campgrounds are located in the nearby area if you plan to stay for a weekend and we found that everything was very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and really go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. While there are a not a lot of services offered here, they do have very good prices and the location is superb.

Boaters usually come to this lake for the fish and there is definitely a reason. Some of the biggest fish in the state can be found here and there are plenty of opportunities to test your skills. Every year on July 12th they hold a special fishing derby here that is incredibly popular. If you are interested in taking part in this year's event, please call the number above to make your reservation. It gets pretty packed, so you'll need to call your spot ahead of time.

If you don't feel like bringing your own boat the marina does offer the option of boat rentals and once again, the prices are very reasonable and the boats are very well maintained.
