Amenities: There are gas stations, stores and restaurants all located north by a few miles as well as south in Davenport. There are plenty of camping options available here, which are especially useful for these longer hiking options.
Rules: Most of the trails are open both to hikers and equestrians as well. Bikes are only typically permitted on the fire roads. Some of the trails are only designated for hiking. Dogs are not allowed on the trails, but on paved park roads they are allowed as long as they are on a leash. The parking hours go from 6 o'clock am until 10 o'clock pm.
Fees: There are no parking fees or entrance fees for this particular trailhead.

Public Transportation: The Santa Cruz Metro bus line #40 does stop right in front of this park.
How to Get There: From the CA 1 at the county border for San Mateo and Santa Cruz Counties, drive southbound for approximately 1 mile, then take a right into the parking lot here. The trailhead is approximately 15 miles south from Pescadero Road and only around 7 miles north from Davenport.
