Services provided:
This is a very nice marina that offers a lot of different services for boaters. They offer showers and restrooms, but there are no laundry facilities on site. A restaurant is close by, and easy to access with a short walk. There aren't any grocery stores at the marina, but you can find one in the city.
Are any guest facilities provided?
Yes, guests can access the docks and electricity for a fee. Please call ahead to check availability before you arrive.
What You Need to Know:
Although at first glance this seems like a marina that doesn't offer a lot of amenities, they do feature some very important ones that make a big difference. For example, you can get wireless internet, satellite television and dock carts as well as plenty of parking spaces. This is also one of the few marinas in the area that is very friendly towards liveaboards.
Is there a boat launch? Not at this time, but there are a couple nearby that are very economical and convenient.

Marina management provided the following information:
28' Slips - 32' Slips $16.00/ft. (add'l $.25/ft for single slip)
36' Slips $16.50/ft.
40' Slips $17.50/ft.
46' Slips $19.50/ft.
54' Slips $22.50/ft.
65' Slips $26.00/ft.
End Ties 28' - 54' 2.00/ft more than above rates
Side Ties 60' + $25.50/ft. (inside), $28.50/ft (outside)
Security keys: $50 deposit on each key for long term tenants. $100 deposit on each key for short term tenants.
Short-term (up to 2 weeks) slip fee:
* $2.00/ft. per day up to 46' LOA
* $2.50/ft. per day 47' LOA and above, plus electric
* Plus normal live aboard fee if applicable.
Dock Box: Optional dock side boxes available for $10/mo.
Utilities: Electricity is metered with a minimum charge of $8.00 per month. A fee of $0.25 per month will be charged as a device registration fee.
Deposit: A security deposit equal to one and one-half (1 1/2) month's rent is required and refundable if 30 days advance written notice of departure is given, less any outstanding balances.
Lockers: Optional dry storage lockers are available, $60-$75/mo. for small, $75-$95/mo. for medium size and $95-$105/mo. for large. Deposits equal to one (1) month's rent required on all lockers, plus a $10 key deposits per locker.
Fitness Lockers: Optional toiletry lockers available, $7.50/mo. ($10 deposit key). Satellite TV: Optional satellite TV is available for $20 per month plus a one time install fee of $15.

I’ve been seriously thinking about alternate living. Currently in a 1 BR apt about 5 miles from the beach. I would very much like to know more about liveing-aboard. I don’t have a boat yet – don’t even know how to sail. Love the sunsets, sunrises, nature, sound of water… How does it work as a liveaboard? For instance: utilities I can understand, but pumping stations? If you liveaboard, is this a constant hookup or…???
