What You Need to Know:
Balboa Marina is considered to be one of the nicest facilities in Newport Beach. The amenities and services here are top notch and have much to offer the boater. However, due to its popularity, there is a long waiting list at this time. However, there are a couple of berths that do come available from time to time and the marina does offer guest facilities at times. It is best to call ahead for more information to make sure that they will have an opening for you.
About the Marina:
This marina is located right across from an exclusive community and is very high class. The fees are reasonable given its location and you do get what you pay for. If you are planning a trip to the Newport Harbor Museum, this is the perfect place to stop since it is literally just a few steps away. Overall, it is hard to find a marina this nice and with this many features. Visitors are never disappointed in the service and friendly nature of the staff. We highly recommend this marina if you will be in the area.

You’ll find restrooms and showers here, but no laundry facilities. While there is no onsite restaurant, chandlery or store, there are plenty within easy walking distance from the marina office. Although there are not a lot of amenities, the staff here is incredibly helpful and the marina is very well cared for.
