Lucy the Harbor Seal is back and as adorable as ever. Lucy is a regular at Clipper Yacht Harbor.  Captain Perry of Sea Turtle Fishing Charters says, “Lucy is always a hit with the customers.”  And since she was such a hit last time the Captain has been kind enough to offer another picture.  Enjoy.
