The marina provides showers and restrooms, but there are no laundry facilities at this time. A bait shop is located on the premises, and there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. In addition, grocery stores are also located nearby if you need to re-provision. Electric, water, telephone and cable/satellite television are all offered on site. They also include free parking, which is a very nice feature.
The docks are patrolled by security and secured with a gate for extra safety. They will also allow you stay on your boat for two nights a week without any additional charge. It's tough to find a marina in this area that allows that so this one quickly moved to the top of our favorites list.
Are guests welcome?
Yes, guests are welcome to use the docks and slips. Electricity is available at both, but there will be a fee. The docks and slips may also have a fee, depending on how long you plan to stay. Please inquire with the marina management for more information on their fee structure.
What you need to know:
This is a great marina that has very friendly service and some of the nicest facilities we've seen. The rates are decent and we found that they were very helpful to guests. If you're planning a trip down to the Channel Islands, this is one of the best places to stay.
Please be advised that they do not rent boats at this location. If you don't want to bring your own boat, there is a rental place located a short distance away from the marina that has very good rates.
Is there a boat ramp? Yes, it is not located on site, but there is a nearby boat ramp that you can use.
