About the Marina:

The marina is located in Clipper Cove, and is considered to be one of the most beautiful harbors in the bay area. As soon as the renovations on the marina and the entire island are completed, a total of more than 400 slips will be available. They also plan to offer several services for boat owners to make it a one stop shop.

What You Need to Know:

Is there a fuel dock? No, the marina does not have a fuel dock at this time, but they are expecting to add one in the near future.

What is the security like? The marina offers keyed entry into the docks, as well as a firefighting system right at the docks.

Is electricity available? Yes, the marina is offering metered electricity at this time. There is a monthly meter reading fee of $3.50 and then electricity is metered at .142 kwh.

How large a boat can I dock here? The marina is capable of serving boats up to 60 feet in length.

How do I find the marina? Please call the harbor master for exact instructions on how to reach the marina by land or by water.

Can I reserve my slip online? Yes, you can visit their website for an application to reserve your slip.

Are liveaboards allowed? Yes, but there are some restrictions. Regular liveaboards are allowed to stay on their boats for a maximum of two nights per week. Guests of liveaboards may also stay for the same duration of time. However, no more than two guests will be allowed at one time. If you are found to be unauthorized, the charges for docking double.

Is there a charge for keys? The first key is free, however, if you need additional keys, they will be charged at $25 per key.

Is there a waiting list? Yes, the marina has a waiting list. There is a charge if you wish to be added to the list. Demand is expected to be very high after the renovations are complete and they recommend reserving your slip now.

Fees:

Guest Berths: Boats up to 35', $15 per day/night; boats 36-45', $20 per day/night; 46-55', $25 per day/night. Check out time is 4 p.m.

Guest berths are limited and available by prior reservation only. Call (415) 981-2416 to make reservations.

Waiting List Deposit: $150.00 non-refundable (applied to customer account)
